K2 Projects:
K2 Projects, delivers independent mechanical and electrical public health (MEP) services on a traditional or design and build basis.
Working directly for end users, building consultants, architects and energy consultants, often acting as the principal contractor, delivering full scope turnkey packages. These schemes are heavily MEP bias and require a direct consultation process to achieve the most beneficial solution for the end user.
K2 Projects have unrivalled experience delivering projects for education facilities such as schools, universities, colleges and multi-academy trusts. These schemes are often financed by the Condition Improvement Fund (CIF) and Salix Energy Efficiency Fund.
These schemes range from fire and emergency lighting safety improvements, major plant room installations and refurbishments to full hot and cold water replacements and heating infrastructure installations and replacements.
K2 Projects also engage with end users with heavy energy usage which are often large scale educational, commercial and industrial properties. We offer services targeted at reducing current energy usage and reducing the carbon footprint. These works often go hand in hand with our renewables team.
We offer a full turnkey package from concept and feasibility studies and energy usage studies, throughout the applications processes into the design and installation phase and then often maintained through out facilities management division.
