We have worked on various units over the Iport Estate, having been engaged on a design and build basis developing the specification to suit the client’s needs. The units comprise of full VRF and heat recovery ventilation systems via air handling unit with LED lighting and fire alarm installations throughout. The domestic services throughout complete with a Cat 5 boosted water systems and controls provided for all required building services.

K2 were also provided the installation of the HV power transformer and incoming LV services, incoming sprinkler mains and water main as well as gas supplies. The units were completed on a fast track program on time and within budget.
