The project involved design and build of a new innovation centre to provide premier office accommodation and meeting spaces throughout. The offices were installed to a high standard and comprised of a full VRF heating and cooling installations with full supply and extract heat recovery ventilation. Car chargers installation and external lighting were installed to provide external provisions.

The full building was provided with LED lighting and data installations and all plant was monitored by a full building management system.
