This project involved various YAS sites throughout the county. The works involved decommissioning dated heating systems and installing VRF heating and cooling systems with heat recovery ventilation throughout. The lighting and emergency lighting was also designed and installed to provide a comfortable working environment for staff, replacing end of life and none complaint lighting.

The projects involved a great deal of coordination as they were carried out in live working environment in areas which were working 24 hours a day. The works were phased and carefully managed to ensure no disruption to the staff and the vital operations.
