This was a huge renovation and regeneration project, formally a very renowned site which previously manufactured aircraft. Internal mechanical and electrical space constraints meant that finding a solution to provide the correct building services requirements was a challenge. Using a combination of new technologies and K2’s in house engineering expertise meant that a solution was achieved that met the clients brief. The project was completed on time and budget, and exceeding all of the clients requirements.

The industrial look with fully exposed services provided a modern feel in a historic environment.
