K2 were contracted for this educational redevelopment project to deliver a full mechanical and electrical package in this 3 storey BREEAM accredited college new build. Our team worked closely with the Architects providing a design that maximised the use of the buildings thermal mass to successfully contribute to achievement of a BREEAM Excellent rating.

K2 were appointed as mechanical and electrical Engineering consultants to provide full co-ordinated detailed design and working drawings for the Main Contractor. The project was completed on time and budget, and exceeding all of the clients requirements.
